· Removing of the break chimney in the center of the attic provides additional space and uninterrupted view from all the angles.

· Ceiling mounted HVAC unit provides efficient cooling and heating of the space while added skylight brings in the natural light.

· Closed sell spray foam insulation was used to maximize the energy saving efficiency of the house.

· The 8 custom built compartments create additional storage space requested by owners.
